According to NWS Fort Worth, multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will result in an increasing threat for flash flooding across the watch area through Thursday night. Most of the area will receive 1 to 2 inches, however, isolated totals up to 4 inches will be possible..

Governor Greg Abbott today directed the Texas DPS to launch criminal investigations into the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
“The goal is to identify, disrupt, and eradicate terrorist organizations engaged in criminal activities in Texas," said Governor Abbott. “We will target threats of violence, intimidation, and harassment of our citizens. We will also focus on individuals or groups who unlawfully impose Sharia law—which violates the Texas Constitution and state statutes."

DFW International Airport is preparing for a busy Thanksgiving travel period, with an estimated 3 million customers projected between November 20 and December 2. Travelers should prepare for heavy traffic throughout the travel period, with the busiest time projected to be during the evening of Sunday, November 30.
